Alex Loza: Contemporary realist artist, instructor and creator of  
HEAD ÉCORCHÉ
currently living in Chattanooga,TN.  Alex is both
trained in and an advocate of the
Atelier Method which emphasizes
in classical drawing and painting techniques. His 10+ years of
experience serving numerous clients in the US and internationally has
motivated him to found the
Loza Studio & Atelier.

In 1996 Loza attended Andrews University in Berrien Springs, MI.
were he met autodidactic, master artist
Harry Ahn. After three years
of intense training Mr. Ahn encouraged Loza to continue his classical
training at the
American Academy of Art in Chicago, IL. were he
graduated with his BFA in 2001.

Recently Loza has joined a team of instructors
where he is going to be offering academic art
training such as drawing fundamentals for children
and adults, academic figure drawing, classical
portrait drawing, anatomy and écorché.
